Terms of Service

By accessing or using TaskAI ("the App") at taskaiapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App. By creating an account or continuing to use TaskAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

TaskAI is an AI-powered task management application that helps users organize, prioritize, and schedule their tasks and projects. The App uses artificial intelligence to score task priority and suggest daily schedules based on your goals, deadlines, and work preferences.

TaskAI is currently available as a free service. A paid Pro tier with additional features is planned for a future release. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use TaskAI, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use TaskAI only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App to store, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the App in bulk
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions.

TaskAI is currently free to use. A Pro tier with additional features is in development and will be offered as a paid subscription in the future.

When paid plans become available:

• Pricing and features will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time from within the App; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at the email below
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

These terms will be updated with full billing details when paid plans launch.

The TaskAI name, logo, application design, and underlying technology are owned by TaskAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or proprietary materials without our written permission.

You retain full ownership of the content you create in the App — your tasks, notes, and data are yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the App.

TaskAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The App or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
• AI-generated priority scores or schedule recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation

You use the App at your own risk. TaskAI is a productivity tool and should not be relied upon as the sole system for managing critical deadlines or time-sensitive obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TaskAI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $10 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and any accrued obligations will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — such as an in-app notice or an email to the address on your account.

Your continued use of TaskAI after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
