TaskAI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our task management application at taskaiapp.com (the "App"). By using TaskAI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up
• Task data — tasks, descriptions, deadlines, priorities, labels, and notes you create in the App
• Usage preferences — your work hours, work days, and notification settings
• Google Calendar data — if you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar solely to create events corresponding to your tasks. We do not read your existing calendar events.

• To provide and operate the TaskAI application
• To intelligently schedule and prioritize your tasks
• To send morning briefing emails if you opt in
• To add tasks to Google Calendar when you request it
• To improve the App's features and performance
• To respond to your support requests

TaskAI offers optional integration with Google Calendar. If you choose to connect your Google account, we request permission to create calendar events on your behalf. This happens only when you tap the "Add to Calendar" button on a specific task — nothing is synced automatically. We do not read, store, or share any of your existing Google Calendar data. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Settings screen in the App, which will revoke our access.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to perform calendar actions you have authorized. We do not sell your data to third parties.

TaskAI uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Google Calendar API — optional calendar integration
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered priority scoring and recommendations
• Vercel — application hosting

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and tasks will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect any third-party integrations at any time
• Opt out of marketing emails

TaskAI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
